The website is hosted by IONOS. Technical access and security records can include the requested resource, date and time, response status, transmitted data volume, browser information and IP-related data. IONOS describes anonymisation of visitor IP addresses in its hosting logs. Processing supports secure and reliable operation on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our application also uses keyed rate-limit records to help prevent abusive form submissions and sign-in attempts; these records do not contain enquiry text. Rate-limit records older than 30 days are removed during routine cleanup. Hosting log retention follows the applicable hosting service and configuration. We process the information you send us, such as your name, company, telephone number, email address, subject and message. Quotations can additionally require origin, destination, transport mode, package count, dimensions, weight and Incoterms. Portal-access requests are sent to our team for individual review; submitting a request does not create an account automatically. We use this information to respond, prepare or perform a contract and administer the request, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for business contacts and general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Website enquiries are forwarded to the responsible business mailbox and are not stored as enquiry records in the website database. Email providers and, where necessary to perform your requested service, transport, customs or logistics partners may receive relevant details. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the matter and fulfil applicable retention obligations. Required fields are identified in the forms; without the necessary information we may be unable to process the request.
Newsletter registration is voluntary and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Registration is sent to Mailchimp, operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, an Intuit company in the United States. We submit your email address, language and available signup information; Mailchimp records subscription and confirmation information. A confirmation email is used to verify the signup before newsletters are sent. Existing subscriptions are not replaced by a new pending signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter or contact info@clifar.de. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect earlier lawful processing. Subscription data is retained while the subscription is active; necessary consent records and suppression information may be retained to demonstrate compliance and respect an unsubscribe request. The website integration does not enable campaign open/click tracking. Mailchimp's processing and international-transfer safeguards are described at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/ and https://mailchimp.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/

Services
We coordinate air freight for forwarding partners and businesses, using Stuttgart Airport as a key gateway alongside Frankfurt, Munich and other European airports. One contact coordinates collection, airport handling, documentation and onward delivery.
Choose direct airline AWB, MAWB with CliFar HAWB or consolidated air freight to suit the shipment. We plan against the available capacity, airline cut-offs and the required delivery date.
Express and time-critical shipments, airport feeder transport and DAP delivery can be arranged. Customs support in Germany and Bulgaria and our European partner network connect the airport movement with the final destination.
Dangerous goods, temperature-sensitive, high-value, heavy or otherwise regulated cargo require prior declaration and written acceptance. Screening, handling, routing and insurance requirements are checked for the individual shipment.
Services
Our sea freight services connect importers, exporters and forwarding partners with major European ports. We coordinate FCL and LCL movements, from the initial collection and booking to port handling and onward distribution.
Dedicated containers, consolidated shipments and suitable special equipment can be arranged according to the cargo. Oversized, heavy-lift, project and sensitive shipments are assessed individually with the required handling and route in mind.
We connect the sea movement with road transport, warehousing and customs-related support. Shipping instructions, transport documents and destination requirements are coordinated with the responsible parties.
Sailing schedules, port cut-offs, free time, demurrage, detention and local charges depend on the confirmed booking. Tell us about special handling or cargo-insurance requirements before booking so they can be included in the quotation.
Services
We arrange European full-load, part-load and express road transport, including temperature-controlled, ADR and oversized cargo where the route, equipment and handling permit. Services are planned around your cargo, delivery requirements and available capacity.
From Donaueschingen, our own 3.5-tonne box vehicle supports regional direct journeys within approximately 100 km. Services include factory collection and delivery, spare-parts and production runs, and support during capacity peaks or short-term bottlenecks.
Same-day and next-day movements and air-freight feeder transport can be arranged subject to availability. You work with a personal contact who coordinates the transport and keeps communication direct.
For broader European distribution, we combine our German operation with our partner cross-dock and warehouse operation in Sofia, Bulgaria. Customs support in Germany and Bulgaria and links to air and sea freight help connect the complete movement.
Our LTL and FTL service options are described in the General Terms & Conditions. Special cargo, routing, equipment, transit expectations and any insurance request are confirmed for the individual booking.
Services
We connect transport modes where this provides a practical solution for lead time, cost and cargo requirements. Road legs, airport or port handling, customs support and onward distribution are coordinated as one transport plan.
Time-critical, heavy-lift, project and sensitive cargo are assessed individually. Your dedicated contact agrees the handovers, documentation and responsibilities with the partners involved.
Services
We coordinate storage, cross-docking, handling and onward transport to support your distribution requirements. Our German operation and the cross-dock and warehouse partner operation in Sofia provide practical links for European movements.
Labelling, palletising, consolidation and other handling tasks can be arranged according to the cargo and the facility’s capabilities. We agree the required space, handling method, documentation and collection or delivery plan before the movement.
Services
We support export, import and transit formalities in Germany and Bulgaria and coordinate the required information with the responsible customs partners. Customs planning is connected to collection, terminal handling and delivery.
Please provide accurate commodity descriptions, HS codes, values, origin information, invoices, packing lists and any permits or certificates required for the route. The applicable procedure and representation arrangements are confirmed for the individual shipment.
